The “Lastochka” is an online service for coherent office work and mobile teams.
The support service outsource company is an office where requests are accepted and the repairers are sent to the client in order to fix the problem. To streamline the requests and to track the progression was the task for the Rocket Firm.
The service was developed so that the request author forms the timetable, adds the co-workers and sets the time for solution.
The director monitors the statistics of the project through the request complexity (number of performed tasks) and repairers’ activity.
